Ok so without any further delay, Let's start with today's blog. As promised, I would be sharing some important tips for maintaining a good health both physically and mentally.
WHAT YOU EAT IS WHAT YOU THINK
Any Biology student reading this blog would have got some hint as to what I am talking about but my goal is to make people aware from all fields so continue reading further.
Your gut harbours some wide variety of microbes and when I say MICROBES; they aren't necessarily harmful/pathogenic. Instead the microbes that have taken shelter in your gut are beneficial ones. Sounds fascinating....Rightππ.
These microbes play a very important role in the digestion of the food that you take. Now Scientists are very well aware that the food one takes greatly affects his/her mood and it has got something to do with those beneficial microbes present in the Gut although there's no proper in-vitro experimental evidence.
There are a lot of neurons (nerve cells) that are specially present around the gut as a result of which these neurons can very well sense the environment around the gut and send the necessary signals to the brain. This is how our Mood gets affected by a great extent to what type of food we take on a daily basis.
Suppose you are someone who is fond of eating Samosa/Burger/Pakoda every single day. We already know that those food items aren't good for our health as they contain lot of harmful fatty acids that can increase your Cholesterol levels in the blood which makes you more susceptible to Heart problems but you guys simply can't resist it.....SAMAJ RHE H AAPKI FEELINGS HUMππ.
I won't dig deeper into the physiology part to explain that how those food stuffs are affecting your mood but would try to explain by giving a normal hypothetical scenario.
Imagine two open drains-one in your locality and the other one in your friend's locality. We already know that open drains are never that hygienic. Now imagine the drain in your locality is a bit dirty as a result of which its stinking to some extent and above that your neighbours dumped even more garbage in that same drain.
DO YOU THINK THAT THE DEGREE OF STINKING SMELL WOULD REMAIN THE SAME?.....Try answering this question yourself.
Now imagine the drain in your friend's locality. It too is a bit dirty as a result of which it is stinking to some extent but neighbours there are quite mature and abstain from throwing garbage in that drain.
NOW DO YOU THINK THAT THE DEGREE OF STINKING SMELL WOULD REMAIN THE SAME IN THIS LOCALITY?....Try answering this question for yourself.

ROUGHLY SAME LEVEL OF STINKING SMELL FROM THE DRAIN IN ANOTHER LOCALITY : GUT MICROBES OCASSIONALLY DIGESTING SAMOSA/BURGER/PAKODA
So the moment you make it your habit of eating fast food every single day; after a certain point of time you would realise that how horrible your mood is...you would have frequent mood swings....you would often tend to feel low.

The conclusion doesn't make sense at all. How can you compare an open drain to gut bacteria? Makes no sense!

So let me clear the conclusion for you.
AN OPEN DRAIN ALREADY IS HARBOURING SOME OF THE PATHOGENIC MICROBES. SO CONSIDER THE OPEN DRAIN AS A GUT THAT'S HARBOURING THE MICROBES.
NOW WHEN YOU THROW EXTRA GARBAGE INTO THAT OPEN DRAIN, THEN THOSE MICROBES WOULD MULTIPLY IN NUMBER DUE TO THE NUTRITIOUS MATERIAL THEY ARE GETTING FROM THAT GARBAGE( SAY FOR EXAMPLE, THE PACKET OF CHIPS THAT ONE THREW IN THAT DRAIN STILL CONTAINS BITS AND PEICES OF THOSE FRIED CHIPS WHICH ARE A VERY GOOD SOURCE OF CARBOHYDRATE).I ALREADY MENTIONED THAT THE MICROBES HARBOURING IN THE DRAIN ARE SOMEWHAT PATHOGENIC AND NOW IMAGINE THEIR NUMBER BEING INCREASED. SO THESE INCREASE IN PATHOGENIC MICROBES CAN BE COMPARED WITH THE GUT MICROBES THAT MULTIPLIED SIMPLY DUE TO THE INTAKE OF EXCESS JUNK FOOD WHERE THE JUNK FOOD IS BASICALLY ACTING AS A GARBAGE. THE NEURONS AROUND THE GUT REGION CAN ACTUALLY SENSE THIS WHICH EVENTUALLY MAKES A PERSON FEEL MORE AWFUL
